I ordered a a 19 inch LCD from Newegg. As usual it was delivered hassle free and promptly. After I received it I emailed them a simple question - not technical or system related nor was it asking for a recommendation. I got back a great long "get lost ask the manufacturer" from their customer service. Seems that Newegg have, like many other suppliers, abandoned customer service in favor of no service. Once they've got your money that's it. Won't buy Newegg again.

I have ordered from this store too many times to count, either for myself or on behalf of others, and I must say it is by far the best business I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Their service is second to none, and when I have had to deal with their customer service department, they were extremely helpful and courteous. I recommend this store to everyone I know who is ordering computer parts...it's simply the best.

I've been looking and looking for a new company to do all my business through. The company needed to have premium technical support, fast service, and incredible prices. When I came upon Newegg.com, I found each one. Shipping to my house is no longer than 2 business days, the prices beat all others, and I haven't seen better customer service because in my life. If you ever have a debate between newegg.com and another company, use newegg.com. They have reached a point to where they surpass all other companies in every area. I highly recommand using newegg.com.
