Best electronic retail company on the web. Awesome Customer service, Super fast shipping. most of my item arrive within 2 days the latest unless is coming from california which will take 3 days or 4. I've Purchase over 100 products from newegg, total combine value are over 10,000 dollar. I've yet experience a bad RMA return or bad customer service. for example i purchase this 2gb of memory and it die out like 1 week before 1 year warranty from newegg. i sent it back to them for RMA. but the same model memory was discontinue. newegg offer to gave me the full refund of that memory I've been using for 1 year. I dont think any other retail store will do that huh?

I have also made a dozen purchases from Newegg in the last 3 years. I have NEVER been displeased. Most times I was pleasantly shocked by the service and shipping speed. (I Also noticed it is a notch down this year over last.) P.S. don't bother with the $2.99 order expedite option. It does very little in the end... Your item rides down the conveyor in a red tote instead of a blue one and ends up in the same truck... My experience... yours may vary.

I have been buying items from newegg for over three years. I have NEVER had anything but good experiences with them. If you read the negative experiences that others write about, it is VERY apparent that they screwed up and NOT newegg. Why bash newegg for the buyer's incompetence? I will continue to buy from newegg as their prices are the best and I know they will take care of me if I ever have any issues. Enough Said!

You can't beat their service, selection and price! If an item you purchased fails, and is still under warranty, you can find the invoice and RMA process right on thier site after you log in. The shipping is still pretty good, but took a step backwards when they went from fed-x ground to ups (averages a day or two slower now). The still give you an option for fed-x, however the price is now much higher.
